Our story
A network of people, associations, institutions, and businesses. A shared approach that brings efforts together and multiplies good.
In 2013, Ausilia Onlus was founded in Turin as a non-profit association with a clear goal: to break down the barriers that hold back the future of the most vulnerable young people and expand the opportunities available to them. Not words, but concrete actions. Not promises, but real pathways. Over the years, that spark has grown into something greater.
To support increasingly ambitious projects and ensure continuity for a commitment that cannot stop, the Ausilia Foundation was established: a structure designed to generate lasting impact, built to endure, to grow, and to make a difference over time. The form changes. The mission does not.
Today, as then, we work alongside the young people who need it most, guiding them through experiences of growth, education, and responsibility. A commitment that translates into a method: offering an opportunity is not enough—what matters is building a pathway. And no pathway is built alone.
That is why we operate as a network: with institutions, businesses, associations, and a growing community of people who, like us, believe that reducing inequality is a collective responsibility.
What we believe in
From a real need, a new way of doing good.
Our mission is to build concrete pathways for personal growth and workforce inclusion for young people at risk of being left behind. We connect skills, businesses, and communities to turn each individual’s potential into opportunity, generating autonomy, dignity, and lasting social impact.
Our work is grounded in clear, shared values that guide every decision and every project.
01
GROWTH
Support for personal growth is the foundation of the integrated development process. Helping young people believe in their abilities and have confidence in their future is often the only way forward: everyone has a talent worth discovering.
02
WORK
Work contributes to the material and cultural progress of society. It includes, reduces inequalities, and lights the way for those walking in the dark. Opportunities for young people who haven’t had one yet do exist. They just need to be networked.
03
DIGNITY
Social and labor integration is a right that gives strength and dignity. An added value to every human being, contributing to the development of a meaningful life, personal growth, and the well-being of the community in which one operates.
04
HOPE
The journey is long, and sometimes the roads are steep. But it gives hope back to the young who had lost it, allowing them to look at the world with new eyes and become the protagonists of their own lives again.
05
SOLIDARITY
Good as the driving force of every journey, the element that defines the meeting between those who can provide a concrete opportunity and those who need to receive it: this is our idea of solidarity. The only approach capable of uniting efforts and creating shared projects.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROJECT AT AUSILIA.
COMPLETE YOUR MISSION.
Listening to the territory and real needs is the only true driving force capable of improving the reality of younger generations.
We believe in concrete experiences, achievable thanks to a network of institutional and private actors who collaborate and bring to completion, together, charitable projects that allow young people to grow and have a future.
Complete the commitment of Ausilia Onlus, the charitable association that empowers the future. Ausilia is committed to carrying out individual experiences, but also to promoting new projects and spreading them to other territories. To continue sowing good.
